Hailey is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Hailey received a Bachelor of Arts from Western University, completing an Honours​ Specialization in Psychology and a Major in Criminology. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Western University. Hailey has worked in a variety of settings, including youth justice, forensic psychology, children and youth mental health, and the education sector.
Hailey has experience working with children, youth, and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, justice involvement, life transitions, relationship conflicts, parenting difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, Schizophrenia).
Hailey works with clients to help them gain insight, nurture their strengths, develop coping skills, and ultimately help them achieve their goals. Hailey works from an integrative, client-centred, trauma-informed perspective. She utilizes various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), and psychodynamic therapy.
Hailey sees clients 12 and up and provides remote (video/ phone) counselling and psychotherapy.
