Gameli Soh

Gameli, pronounced "Guh-MEL-ee" (She/Her) completed a Masters of Arts degree from Yorkville University and currently is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

Gameli completed Grief Educator certification and adopts a client-focused approach integrating evidence-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused, and Narrative modalities. Gameli offers a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space with an authentic approach. She supports clients manage difficult transitions, challenging relationships, navigate any loss journey from career shifts, infertility, health transitions to caregiver burnout to loss of a loved one.

Often adults across generations especially equity seeking clients may face challenging situations of loss, grief, anxiety, struggle, and overwhelm. Gameli brings rich lived experience of renewal and resiliency, contact her to support your own transition through virtual phone and video sessions.
